Do you read my emails?+
Never. Hot/Warm/Cold scores and follow-up tips are calculated from open and click times only (for example, opened Friday at 11 AM). Your email text is never sent to any AI or third party, and we never write or send emails for you. The optional Mili AI assistant only receives the short request you type (like “opened 5+ times this week”).
What is Mili (Ask Me)?+
Mili is our AI assistant — an intelligent search for your tracked emails. Describe what you want in Bangla or English — “hot leads this week”, “not opened after 2 days” — and the list filters instantly. Free includes 10 searches a day, Pro and Lifetime 35. Try three live searches in the demo.
Can I get activity reports by email?+
Yes. Choose daily, weekly or monthly reports at the hour you prefer. Each one summarises opens, clicks, hot leads and unopened emails, with a link to the full filtered list — never more than one report a day.
How is Track My Mails different from Mailsuite (Mailtrack)?+
Many trackers charge per Gmail account and add a promo signature to free emails. Track My Mails covers every Gmail in your browser on one plan, never adds a signature or watermark, and offers a one-time Lifetime option.
Does the recipient see anything?+
No. Your emails look completely clean and natural — no banners, watermarks or signatures. Links work exactly as before.
Why does an open sometimes not show?+
Some email apps and privacy settings limit what can be reported, so an open may occasionally not appear. Link clicks are still shown.
Are repeat opens counted?+
Yes. Each time your recipient re-opens your email, your dashboard and ticks update so you can see ongoing interest.
Will I get notified when my computer is off?+
Yes — email alerts for the first open and first click arrive on every plan, wherever you read Gmail. Pro and Lifetime also get push notifications on your phone or desktop, even when the site is closed.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every new account gets 30 days of Pro free — no credit card needed. After that you can stay on the Free plan or upgrade.
Can I see where my email was opened?+
You can see the device type, and for link clicks the country. Automated security checks are filtered out so your numbers stay realistic.
Do I need a subscription for each Gmail account?+
No. One Track My Mails account and plan covers every Gmail account detected in the same browser. We automatically attach each tracked message to the Gmail address that sent it.
